The Oneida County Business Park (OCBP) lies in the heart of the Mohawk Valley and is roughly six miles equidistant from the County’s principal cities of Utica and Rome. An interchange (Exit 32) for Interstate 90 is two miles south of the Park and provides access to the site via County Route 23 (Cider Street). While Rome and Utica each lie in valleys, the Business Park occupies one of the highest and flattest plateaus in the region. The total redevelopment area (inclusive of existing businesses) consists of 2,606 acres.

Griffiss Business and Technology Park is a vibrant center for private and public enterprise in Rome, New York. Scores of tenants employing thousands of people make Griffiss one of the most successful business and technology parks in the United States. Covering 3,500 acres, Griffiss has development districts with specific focuses in technology, manufacturing, aviation, office, education and recreation.

Griffiss has efficient highway, air, canal and rail access to important U.S. and international trade centers.

Griffiss is within 15 miles of three New York State Thruway interchanges (Interstate 90), and is served directly by State Routes 825, 365, 46 and 49.

Located in the heart of Upstate New York’s Mohawk Valley, Marcy NanoCenter is a 300-acre greenfield site on the State University of New York’s Institute of Technology (SUNYIT) campus. Marcy Nanocenter is the largest remaining shovel-ready, greenfield site in New York State’s Tech Valley. The site allows ample room for a campus style layout including manufacturing, R&D, work force training and recreational spaces.

The Frankfort 5S South Business Park is a designated "Build Now-NY Shovel Ready" site. Water and sewer infrastructure installation are complete. This site, commonly referred to as the "Pumpkin Patch", is Herkimer County's newest industrial park. Nearly 200-acres, extremely level and HCIDA-owned, this site is ideally located alongside NYS Route 5S in the Town of Frankfort. Within five minutes from the NYS Thruway via limited-access highway, it is ideal for either large "big-box" warehouse and distribution purposes or small-to-medium sized, light industrial projects.

- New Hartford Business Park is a 27-acre Greenfield parcel and is centrally located in New Hartford, NY. It is minutes from the center of it all; five miles from Utica, four miles from the NYS Thruway Exit 32. It is adjacent to shopping & dining; Sangertown Square, Consumer Square & The Orchard. The Park is Pad ready, utilities are located at the site and it has flexible planned development zoning.
