The Oneida County Business Park (OCBP) lies in the heart of the Mohawk Valley and is roughly six miles equidistant from the County’s principal cities of Utica and Rome. An interchange (Exit 32) for Interstate 90 is two miles south of the Park and provides access to the site via County Route 23 (Cider Street). While Rome and Utica each lie in valleys, the Business Park occupies one of the highest and flattest plateaus in the region. The total redevelopment area (inclusive of existing businesses) consists of 2,606 acres.
